Rang this taxi rank told me 4 times taxi was on its way.i rang for a 5th time and they told me I had cancelled my taxi and hung up . Never known anything like it in my life . Complete whoppers.

They show up when they want regardless of when you book it. I also booked a taxi to Morrisons the other day and when I walked up to my taxi the driver had let someone else in the car and drove off with my card still attached to the ride so a stranger nearly had their ride paid for by me and there was no way to contact them so I watched as they took someone else to my house. I dont recommend this shocking app or service.

Waited 40 minutes for nothing to be told they had gone to a different address with me having to ring them sort it out

I booked at Taxi for 5:45am 16 hours in advance. The driver was 20 mins late. Turns out no driver had even been dispatched and the office had to call to get him out of bed to come and get me. I was told because i live out of the way its not an appealing job for the drivers so no one showed up?! At that time on a morning its probably a 6 min drive from the taxi office I was then asked if i drive and it was recommended that next time i should drive to the train station rather than get a taxi if im going so early! Thankfully the driver who came did manage to get me to the station in time (just)! These lot are complete jokers! Id recommend walking / roller skates / cartwheeling instead of pre-booking when you have a train to catch!

Rang for a taxi and asked to be picked up at the old peacock outside Elland Road stadium. Morley based service and had to Google what Elland Road was. Said taxi would be there in 5 to 10 minutes but was still waiting for it over half hour later. After 40 minutes I called a different taxi firm!!
