        SO rude. Called up with an inquiry, the person at the other end of the phone sounded like she found customers a nuisance. Went in to the store, showed a picture of what I wanted (granted, a very small initial but first tattoo) and all she did was laugh and call it more of a scratch. Didnt seem like she wanted custom at all and would not recommend to anyone.

        Alicia is absolutely fantastic! I've had a few piercings so far and have plans for more. Amazing quality jewellery and cannot fault the aftercare. She's supportive and always has Time to respond to any queries. Would 100% recommend!!
