I have used ARL twice for two surveys. I would highly recommend them. The report they provide is highly professional and extensive. They provided an email and hard copy of both surveys. The communication between the client is excellent and they are willing to answer any questions after the survey is completed.

While his initial survey was timely and efficient, something very major has come to light since that he stated in the survey wasnt an issue, even though I have evidence the problem existed beforehand. I have been trying to engage him to resolve this issue for the past couple of months, but his responses are evasive. I have offered for him to take a look at the issue but so far he has refused to do so (and he lives only 5 minutes drive away). Had he been reasonable and attempted to seriously look into the issue I would accept this as a mistake, but his refusal to even come and have a look at the problem is costing me and my family a lot of financial loss and distress. He has also threatened legal action against me for an online review about my experience and has changed his contact address in recent weeks. Read into this what you like.
