I have been a client of Nic's for a long while, she has helped me with injuries' as well as various aches and pains. I find her to be super knowledgeable and have always come away with a clear rehab plan and realistic expectations. I can 100% recommend her & her team (And do!).

I cant recommend Nic highly enough. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Id been training through shoulder pain for over a year. Within a month Im back to compound exercises with no pain at all. Awesome job!!

Nic has honestly changed my life! I always assumed that the problems I had with my knees were just a part of getting older! But after just 3 sessions with her, all thats in the past. After years of feeling unsteady on my feet, Im ready to go back to bouldering and tango and hill walks and even just the simple pleasure of wearing heels. She certainly knows what shes doing. Cannot recommend her enough!
