I have arthritis in my hip and nothing or no-one was helping me with the pain. Physiotherapists only making it worse - until I was recommended to see Chris. His knowledge is astounding. He created a programme for me which started off gently and gradually increased the strength in my supporting muscles. I am now virtually pain free thanks to him. Can't recommend highly enough.

Chris was recommended to me by a friend. After putting up with pain in my lower back and right leg for over three months I booked myself in. Chris did a full assessment, confirming I had sciatic within three to four weeks of doing the exercise plan we both saw a massive difference. Would certainly recommend Chris.

When I had health problems Chris went out of his way to research my condition so that he could tailor my training to make sure I could maintain a decent level of fitness which ultimately helped me on my road to recovery. Thank you again for seeing another member of my family. My son sprained his ankle playing rugby, Chris gave excellent advice and made him feel at ease. Last session was great in the gym getting him moving. It's great to have the back up when needed too. Will be seeing you soon no doubt.

I've trained with Chris for a couple of years as part of his Small Group Personal Training sessions. He took time to understand my goals, mainly at that time to run my first marathon, and explained how strength training could help keep me injury free. When lockdown put paid to face to face training virtual sessions kept me motivated. Unfortunately I've been diagnosed with a health condition but Chris has taken time to research this and understand how we can adapt my training. On top of this we have a great laugh and Chris is brilliant to work with! Chris continues to push me and I'm getting stronger. Couldn't recommend highly enough
