Absolutely useless,got there at 1340 they were already closed when it says 1400 closing time very frustrating someone needs to be serious about their work disappointed

Shocking service; my dpd parcels haven't been delivered in a week. Everything I've ordered has arrived at this depot and been returned to the retailers with no indication, which is very frustrating! There's also no telephone number that I can ring!

Absolutely useless now to people who work full time. You need to extend the closing time to either 4:30 or 5pm.

After paying for a package to be delivered to my door, I received a note telling me to collect it from a delivery office. After arriving I realised they close at 2pm ( inconsiderate closing time!) I then fishing work 2 hours early the following day to catch there part time staff. To then realise they are now on strike and the office is now closed. Can you tell me royal mail 1 when will I be receiving my package? 2 do you still return the package to the sender After so long, if so, do I then need to pay you guys again to not bring my package? Maybe don't suggest customers come to a branch that is on strike ey?? What a waste of time money fuel. Iv paid for this service!

Please update opening times on website BEFORE you change when you actually open. I left family who were on a day out (the parcel was a much anticipated toy), drove home to collect card and drove to sorting office only to find the website wasn't up to date. It's not kind to do that to people. I wasn't the only one either.
