Blades Dog Grooming

One star is being generous. Took my dog for a groom and was told it would be 2 hours. Turned up 2 hours later to be told she wasn't ready and when I saw her she was locked in a crate and hadn't been touched. I was then asked what I wanted to be done? Shaved or trimmed to which I replied shaved but tidied up round the face, I was not provided with the option to decide what length she would be shaved to and told it would be 30 mins.When i returned 30 mins later ( and paid for a full groom) she was shaved to as low as you could possibly get and was not very well tidied up at all( the cut was very amateurish) Overall the groom was not to my satisfaction nor was the service and to add to this and perhaps more importantly, my dog appears to be traumatized by the whole experience. I will not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere.

Ruby came in today for a groom . Shes an Irish water spaniel/standard poodle. They did a great job and good price.the girls where very pleasant Id highly recommend them.
