Ive been training with PJ weekly for almost 2 years now and my body is truly transformed. The biggest adjustment however has been to my mind where he has challenged me to go beyond what I believe I can do, and still be smiling at the end. Pj is able to judge what is just beyond what you believe is possible and push you through. He works with his clients to deliver a tailored, interesting and versatile session, which on occasion has had to be adapted to the circumstances on the ground that day. Weve done strength, cardio, sprint, balance and mind training amongst others and each session has felt individually curated for me. I couldnt recommend him more to anyone wanting to get the most out of a personal training session.

Paul is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and kind. His PT sessions are always varied and interesting. He listens and also has great chat to distract you during the last few minutes of tough cardio or weight reps. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a PT.

Paul does not only teach fitness,. He takes a holistic view of his clients empowering them to make positive choices enabling a better work life balance. Mental health and physical health go hand in hand. I have learnt so much not only about fitness but about myself and what I am capable of achieving.
