1000x better than Specsavers!! Even from the get-go through the phone it has been a lovely service. 15 minutes from walking through the door I had completed the eye test, and 15 minutes after that I'd chosen 2 frames and they'd been ordered and paid for, and I was walking out of the door. Just 30 minutes in total, you spend that in Specsavers waiting, after your appointment time just to have one of the eye tests! I can't recommend optivu enough, such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I wanted to chose an independent opticians, and so when I read on their Instagram page that it was an independent family opticians just being round the corner from my own business I couldn't have found a better place! I'd checked out their Instagram and found the pics pretty entertaining and informative. Gail was so welcoming and friendly, it was just a lovely atmosphere. The facilities were clean and tidy. I was a bit apprehensive as I knew my eyes had deteriorated since my last eyetest elsewhere but Mohsin made me feel at ease and explained everything. At 34 it's the first time I've needed glasses so it's a pretty big deal, and with Gail happily helping me to chose a pair it was easier than I thought. I'm just waiting for my lenses to be fitted and then the fun begins! Thanks for a great experience. Jodie :)

Having used Specsavers, Vision Express in the past, the service, quality and after care received from Optivu far exceeds them all. Optivu now do all my familys eye care, there integrity and support is second to none, not to mention the passion, intrest and understanding Gail has in making sure your experience was above and beyond satisfactory. Excellent opticians who pride themselves on providing a personalised touch to the service they provide. This was my first time visiting an independent opticians and I was not disappointed. The wide choice of frames available at Optivu meant I was genuinely happy with the frames I chose and my glasses were ready quicker than I expected. I will no longer be visiting the big chain opticians for a new prescription or glasses.
