My husband and I booked an appointment, we waited a month for them, but when we arrived, they said that our appointment s were for an hour later, there were two appointment s on my iPhone, I assumed that one was mine and the other my husband s, but apparently they were both for me, it said nothing about it being cancelled, the manager made the excuse that it was, electronic, but if my dentist and doctor can say cancelled , why cant they , the assistant said, the customer will soon be here, yet it was my appointment we were so angry

I called today to order my contact lenses. I was told they dont take orders over the phone anymore. Fair enough but the tone and rudeness of that member of staff was unacceptable. I will be placing my orders elsewhere from now on. Such a shame Ive been going to them for years. But I will not be spoken to in that manner by anyone.

Had to go to Morley for an eye test that is normally a St James appointment. Very friendly staff and patient with me whilst they were doing the eye exams. Thank you ladies

2-3 week wait for glasses to arrive is not acceptable. Its only a very weak prescription for my 9 year old for reading. Was told 1 week turnaround at the time which is pretty poor but now told this info was incorrect and waiting time has always been 2-3. Will not use again on this basis.
