I have engaged Sally-Anne on a couple of occasions for student counselling training, and can't recommend her highly enough. I find Sally-Anne to be warm and engaging and her expertise in person centred counselling is exemplary. For anyone seeking regular counselling, I feel from our sessions that she would be very non judgemental and warm, and would put a client at ease with her lovely supportive manner and extensive experience.

Sally changed my life I was so nervous to start my counselling journey but sally showed me that therapy wasnt this big dark scary place She created a safe warm open environment every session. She held no judgement and wasnt afraid to ask the big questions. The changes I saw in 4 short months were unbelievable. Her advice and methods allowed me to accept my true self and Ill continue to use these for the rest of my life. Thank you sally. Would highly highly recommend

I was referred to Sally by my employer who paid initially for 8 sessions then agreed to fund a further 4. Im glad to say during those 12 sessions I have come out of a very dark place and it was all done with Sally. Her professionalism, compassion and caring nature allowed me to address my mental health and get me to a stage where I feel like the person I was over 3 years ago. Sally is amazing, and not that I have had experience with many psychotherapists but I can truly say Sally saved my life. Thank you.

I was originally quite sceptical about seeing a therapist. I completely underestimated the power of talking to someone who was on my side, as well as being listened to and truly understood. Sally is amazing at knowing exactly what I mean, even when I think I'm making no sense at all. She's so friendly, genuine and non-judgemental; I felt instantly at ease in our sessions. Sally has helped me to better understand who I am, why I am that way, and to see my value. I feel empowered to be my true self and I feel excited for my future for the first time in a long time. I can't thank or recommend Sally enough.

A few months ago I reached a significant low point in my life. Looking back I realise Id been hanging on to way too much negative baggage for years - bereavements, limiting self beliefs, difficult times & situations and then the pandemic hit us all. I realised I was suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, negative thoughts and difficulty (fear if Im honest) in attempting to deal with really simple everyday situations. I didnt feel able to either express or discuss my feelings in depth with anyone, even closest family. Mid 2021 it all got too much and I had to admit to myself that I needed some help. I spoke to my Doctor, poured out my woes and tears and she suggested I might benefit from some counselling. I scoured the internet looking for counsellors but the one profile I kept coming back to was Sallys. Her words somehow resonated with me and frankly her photo looked like she was a kind person which was exactly what I felt I needed. I feel quite emotional and tearful even writing about that time now, but several months down the line and having had numerous counselling sessions with Sally-Anne, I feel much better equipped to deal with the world and all it throws at us all at certain times in our lives. Sally-Anne immediately made me feel like I had someone capable and supportive on my side & Ill be eternally grateful to her for helping me navigate my way towards a better place. I was really appreciative that Sally-Anne not only listened but also offered her thoughts and views in the most tactful, helpful & non judgemental way. Shes empathetic, understanding and incredibly perceptive, often picking up on things that I didnt even realise were evident to anyone else. To anyone who is currently considering counselling my advice would be to take the step because as difficult as it may feel to admit you need help, its a very worthwhile process. I simply cannot recommend Sally-Annes services highly enough!
