Great service from Phoenix spares department. Excellent communication and quick delivery of parts has given me a very happy customer looking forward to a whirlpool bath tonight. Highly recommend

On my new build property a shower glass panel and a hinged return panel (S05001) from Phoenix was purchased by Wolseley and fitted by the contractors. Two years later the bottom hinge of the return panel is badly corroded. After reading the Phoenix sales information that says "Lifetime guarantee" was expecting Phoenix to supply a replacement.( The corrosion is on the outside of the enclosure.) However inline with other reviews on Google, Phoenix claimed it was due improper cleaning, which I contested, and would not honour the warrantee. Customer service where extremely unhelpful, and would not help with purchasing a new one, Wolseley have stopped trading with Phoenix so left with a corroded door.

got couple of products from them, including 2 toilets and a zd005 tap via bathroom depot. everything arrived on time whilst ZD005 arrived late. both soft closed toilet seats stopped soft-closing in 6-9months, which was not what i would expect from phoenix as they are more higher end. i am now waiting for the new toilet seats which sounded to be an improved version. so it could be an one off batch problem that i was just unfortunate. hope the new seats will be ok. Update: tap leak, and even 10 years warranty, they cannot replace part and do not have like for like replacement, plus I had a matching set, they can do nothing about it other than just want me accept a sub standard non like for like exchange and have a non matching set. Really avoid this place
