        The guy at reception was so rude, it was the worse service I have ever received. My car was booked in through one link system and it was approved by there but when I got there he was asking for a lot of money, and wouldnt give me the keys to my car unless I paid. It was a stressful experience and in the end Auto serve said we dont need to pay as its covered. He was very rude and didnt even apologise. Will never go there again.

        My elderly father called in for tyres. He was told the suspension had gone on the car. He got a second opinion and there is nothing wrong with the car. Tried to rip off my dad to the tune of 560. I have submitted a formal complaint
