        Went to buy some balloons for my little one birthday today and I had with me a gift bag from a friend with my girls gift in it.The lady who went in back to fill up the balloons with helium came back and I've said if she can keep for me untill I'll do some shopping as never realised they would be that big.Went back after shopping(30min later) and the women who was previously served me at the counter start questioning me if I had the bag with unicorn when I first came and said yes.I've said you can see I have my little one gift and card as well and she start looking in my bag and that really upset me and I think was so unprofessional. As a person who worked 15years in retail I can give you an advice, if you are not sure next time check CCTV and if you don't have CCTV make sure you've seen the person stollen the item before you accused or ask any questions who would make them feel this uncomfortable. Awfull experience just this time with this member of staff only!

        First trip under covid terms. Greeted at door and hand sanitizer available. Had time to peruse cards and purchased six. All staff were pleasant. Cards are a good variety.
