        Placed an order For a Christmas Eve box and it was late . they were items missing and when contacted about the missing items I was ignored! I was then contacted a few days later to arrange delivery for the missing items but they never came ! Make sure you check your items before they leave

        Very rude staff, didnt understand why they act as thought their doing the customers a favour but in reality they pay your wages. Disgusting. Not really a unique store anymore as many around do very similar stuff. Very backwards staff, they think every person is a thief. Get with the times for god sake!!

        Never a nice experience going in this shop. Been in a few times and staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. The shop is usually messy. I will avoid in future.
