Stopped coming into this charity shop because the music is too loud. You don't need music blaring out at a silly volume.

Been in many oxfam stores, but never one like Morley, the store manager is very rude to some customers, and the store assistants look frightened to death of her.she needs to go on some courses to learn about customer care, today I witnessed her having a bad attitude toward a lady who was returning an item with the receipt, she made this lady very uncomfortable and Im sure the customers looking round the shop were disgusted too, she certainly needs firing asap

Plenty of choice Clothes,Records,Books etc. Friendly staff.

OK but gone downhill since new staff came in. Asking stupid prices for stuff now. Most charity shops are doing this though, most good stuff doesn't even get to the shops and is sold on eBay. Taking the fun out of charity hunts.
