        Top customer service Re-delivered for me after I put the wrong number on the order and missed the delivery. They were super polite and friendly and so was the delivery driver who had to come out twice. Also the food is always 10/10 here so will keep coming back!

        So iv just Ordered 2 meals from koi's kitchen Chinese, the food was freezing when it was delivered, the owner refused to replace my food or collect the cold food and argued on the phone with me for 20 minutes, after making me walk half a mile to get there he checked the food and continued to argue, never going there again, eventually I got my refund
