Inspired Design Kitchens

After stalling on several initiatives to replace the kitchen and remodel the downstairs Jonathan came up with a kitchen design around which the transformation could happen. The showroom itself gives a sound impression of the quality product on offer and definitely worth a visit to generate ideas and discuss which options will work for you. A few alternative designs were proposed initially before we focussed on the most appropriate. Attention to detail is good, allowed product options to be agreed to meet our needs including some bespoke items to fit with the existing structure. The kitchen fitting was one of the most trouble free elements of the overall transformation, fitters arrived on the agreed dates and were happy to suggest or agree certain last minute aesthetic changes. There were a few supply chain issues post COVID but they were explained and interim alternatives supplied. Overall, extremely pleased with the end to end service from the Inspired Design team and would happily engage them again. After having had a couple of bad experiences with kitchen companies I asked ID to come up with a design to match my budget which they did. The service from Mahdis in particular has been excellent from design amendments to communication. Nothing was to be a problem and a solution was always found. We worked with Inspired Design as part of a much bigger house extension and renovation project. We were assigned to Mahdis for our design works and Jason for installation. On initial presentation of kitchen design, it was clear that there had been some misunderstanding of requirements between different representatives of the business, however, this was very quickly addressed by Mahdis and nothing was ever too much trouble. She persevered with us despite various tweaks and changes and some very 'stressed' phone calls when our build was not progressing to plan (nothing to do with the kitchen), always aiming to make the kitchen element as easy as possible. The kitchen is a quality product and looks fantastic. The installation was given huge attention to detail and we are thrilled with the end product. Can't recommend ID and Mahdis highly enough! After a disastrous experience with 'The UK's Number One Kitchen Retailer', we wanted our dream kitchen more than ever. I highly recommend Inspired Design. They have designed our dream kitchen, provided a fantastic product, which is top quality, fitted it with high quality workmanship and provided a A* customer service at all times throughout. Absolutely flawless service and we cannot fault them. Mahdis has superb attention to detail and knowledge of the products on offer. She was incredibly patient throughout the whole experience and she skilfully designed a kitchen that suits the needs of our busy family, was within our budget envelope and has some really functional and stunning features. Scott (the fitter) did an excellent job installing our new kitchen to perfection. I was thoroughly impressed with his care and skill. Our kitchen is fitted to perfection and he went above and beyond in resolving various issues that cropped up caused by the previous 'kitchen disaster' experience that we'd had. Matthew oversaw the installation of everything and made sure that we were happy customers. He visited us a number of times and offered valuable guidance and advice along the way.
