        Bought a hoover from them with a 6 month guarantee. Hoover has broken within 2 months. Took it back and he repaired it, it broke straight away. Took it back to him, he said he would call. 2 weeks later, still no phone call. We went to him and he said he would deliver it to me, but still no hoover. Cost me 80 and no hoover.
