Your feedback Very friendly place to visit, new management is Chloe who was previously deputy and she is working so hard to ensure our loved ones are safe and looked after and always made me feel comfortable when she was deputy on shift that I felt the service was safe.

They are all absolute stars at Morley Manor, what a fantastic team. My mum moved in last month suffering dementia and they honestly couldn't do enough for us all. My mum is thriving now and has friends plus someone to care for her constantly. Nothing is too much trouble despite shortage of staff due to covid etc.. always answer the phone and there seems to be so much fun and laughter, activities on all the time. The atmosphere in the home says it all... feels like home to me too .. thank you so much to all of you... you've been amazing and I know my mum is very safexx

Had to ring Morley Manor with regard to estranged fathers possessions that did not go with him to hosp after they informed social worker they could no longer meet his needs! No communication was received to indicate possessions were being held. The Senior l spoke to was adamant that it was not their responsibility to see to onward delivery of personal items? Tried to point point out that family was not involved but was informed not to speak in that manner which was a strange reaction? At no point was their any profanity involved in the conversation but it was clear that the Senior was not interested in talking to me! Have now contacted Holme House Care Home where James informed me they will sort it. Well done Holme House Care Home for listening, Morley Manor would do well to follow Holme House example.
