I walked in randomly after breaking one of the nose pegs on my glasses, the rep took my glasses and installed two new ones and made sure the fit was comfortable for me. When I was ready to leave I asked how much it would cost and got told it was free! What a lovely service and great customer skills from the person who served me. Many thanks and in a world where hardly anything is done purely for good service, I really appreciate it

The optician herself was OUTSTANDING. I was handed over to choose frames, instead I asked if I could take my prescription and the assistant refused. I left with no prescription which I later found I was legally entitled to take. After complaining to customer care I was eventually sent my prescription. All in all still not sure why I was refused initially. Again,it's a shame because the optician herself was fantastic.

I was given a same day appointment after experiencing 24 hours of blurred vision and numerous floating shapes. I found the care and compassion to be outstanding from all the team at Boots Opticians in Morley. I had PVD as it turned out but everything was explained really well and an appointment made at the hospital as they couldnt get a clear image of the retina due to all the floaters. The optician Rav even asked me to phone and let them know how I got on. Lovely reassuring and personal service. Thank you!

After a shaky start all is now well. Was hasty in one star rating. Pleased with glasses now theyve got them right.
