I stayed with my family at village hotel south leeds and the room was to a decent standard but not nice enough for the price payed, as well as the over priced food.
My wife went to enjoy a Starbucks coffee and unfortunately heard the new general manager speaking very rudely to her lovely, smiley staff behind the counter. She was very shocked to hear how she spoke to them, as the ladies Mia and Katie were very friendly to my wife and made her coffee trip such an enjoyable moment.
My wife had never heard such rudeness come from a manager before, as she works in the hospitality business herself.
