Lee was recommended to us by a close friend, we needed a new banister fitting and a radiator cover adjusting. He got back to us with a quote in good time and managed to get to us to complete the job within a couple of weeks. Fantastic attention to detail and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. We are absolutely delighted with the job, will definitely be asking him back to do more work. Couldn't reccomened him enough

I had Lee over to come and measure up and give us a quote, which he did come and measure and eventually after some chasing, give us a quote. We agreed to the quote and the job and asked him to book us in. He said he was going to go home and confirm a date to book us in. Ever since that date we have had no response from Lee, no confirmation or anything. My texts and phone calls are being ignored which I think is highly unprofessional. If you cannot do the job or dont want to then you need to have the courtesy to at least text back and say you are not booking us in, especially knowing that all the rest of the work on the house is on hold until we get this job done as you very well know Lee. We dont know if we are booked in or not therefore we dont know whether to book in with another joiner as there is ZERO communication from you. Not great at all and NOT reliable
