        Ive been a member of Metcon Leeds for nearly 3 years now, Ive never stuck at anything longer than 6 months. Introduced by friends I almost didnt show at the last minute! I was super shy, embarrassed and 100% sure I wouldnt be able to do any of it. Symon and Oliver made me feel so welcome, I never felt judged for being over weight and unfit, my strength and fitness has improved so much, and Ive met some lovely fellow members along the way. The last 3 months Ive trained through a back injury, with constant coaching and adapting every single session the support and guidance has been amazing.
