I have used Neil twice now. The first job was to install central heating in my sister in laws house. Neils quote was competitive, we agreed an installation date & how long the job would take. Neil turned up exactly when he said he would & finished the job in the time stated. I am very pleased with the standard of work done & would not hesitate to recommend him. A month later I required a boiler fitting urgently at a property I own, I rang Neil, he went out of his way to fit me in. I was again very happy with the work & price charged.

Shocking work to the stage had to call gas safety to log a complaint and use another plumber also he has a shocking attitude that comes with Neil. In 28 years been in the building industry I have never had to deal with someone like him. When we first met and he tells me he dose not fit radiators I should of walked away from the start I could go on stay clear of this company.

Phoned this company as boiler was making a boiling sound within the boiler. Said it would be the condensation valve (frozen), spot on with diagnosis. Sent me a u tube video of how to sort and expected no charge.

Very good service from start to finish installing new boiler including responsive aftercare. Would recommend.
