Two years now at Shenstone House Surgery and nothing has changed!! The time they take to answer ANY call is more than a MINIMUM of 15 minutes!! Some staff are very unwelcoming and fail to provide correct information. Appointments are never put online to save you the hassle of calling and waiting a ridiculous amount of time and the online system is mostly useless! Surgerys are supposed to make you life easier, not harder and more stressful!

Just visited for the first time today and would like to mention the excellent service provided. The Receptionist was lovely and welcoming. I saw Dr Majid. He really took the time to listen and understand my various aches and pains to ensure I didn't feel like a nuisance. I have been struggling for a while and don't like visiting the Dovtors. This visit has definitely reassured me. Thank you.

I have recently moved the surgery from Fountain Medical Centre which is an absolute disgrace to say the least. All I can see is that the GPs, nurses and administrative staff are probably the best that I have ever seen in my life. Not only are all the staff compassionate and respectful, but the GPs themselves are extremely proactive, helpful, non-judge mental and go out of their way to assist you. Especially Dr Williams and Dr Taylor, I wish that I wouldve made this move much earlier because I could not ask for a better GP practice than the Windsor House Group Practice. Despite all of the problems that have happened because of Covid the GPs are there the staff are there and their nurses are there to listen and expedite your treatment and most of all they have empathy and respect rather than fobbing you off like other surgeries do. This is the kind of surgery that offers with the highest standard of care and the best patient service that I have ever seen. Thank you so much for all of your help.
