Dr N Saddiq - Morley Health Centre

my fiance call in 6 months ago to sort her back out and she got brushed of numerous of times saying it was nothing it took after 4 attempts and for my mother in law to go with her as she is a nurse demanded an X ray when she FINALLY got some where she was told by doctor to wait for a letter which this wasn't the case she could of gone at anytime got told a week later when she called to ask for the letter, when that was done then she went again with her mum for the results of x-ray to find she had arthritis but still was concerned so her mum suggested an m r I scan the doctor said no she was going to refer her to a spinal specialist BUT again this was not the case so after waiting for the referral my fiance called doctors again asking how long it will be to be told she is waiting for an m r I scan which her mum had suggested in the first place she can't see a specialist untill this is done and is still waiting if she hadn't of called would you have let her know? I don't think so and to top it all off because of her problems and is affecting her work ,her manager has asked for a simple letter of her diagnosis which as we pay for medications you would think our taxes would pay for things like this but guess what you have had to cheek to charge her 15 pounds for the letter of which does not state her diagnosis this is not acceptable the doctors have not done anything for my fiancee but yet she has had to pay .for what?????? and the reception are very rude and extremely arrogant making you feel incompetent .not happy. a further complaint will be on its way
