The worst practice in Morley. Either sort yourselves out, or close. Its an absolutely nightmare trying to book an appointment.

I cant speak highly enough of this GP surgery one of the best if not the best ive been registered at. I know many GP surgeries are overstretched in this current climate but I have always found them brilliant with both my husband and I and my daughter. The receptionists are always courteous and very helpful. we find the same day appointment system helpful and the online service are good to. The doctors and nurses we see eventhough not always the same one are great. I really cannot complain tgey are amazing compared to my old GP surgery in London and Devon.

Great rang twice and through but mobile dropped signal. So I set off driving to surgery. On my way Windsor House receptionist rang me back to say she has made me an appointment and sent me a txt to confirm. That's what I call good. Thank you

I would like to share my experience of the service I have received from Windsor House Group Practice, receptionists, GPs, pharmacist and nurses, (at all the surgeries as I have attended all three). I have had to visit the Practice a lot over the past few years because of the chronic illnesses I have. However, I have had to visit a lot more over the last year because of the illnesses flaring and the diagnosis of a new one. I have been seen by the practice nurses, spoken with the resident pharmacist and been seen by the GPs, all are brilliant). I can honestly say that with every member of staff, (GPs, nurses, pharmacist, receptionists), at Windsor House Group Practice I have felt listened to and looked after. I feel like my opinion matters. My experience is that all actions regarding my health are done with care, compassion and arethoughtfully considered. I have never struggled to get an appointment on the day (I call at 8am and can get appointment), a routine appointment, an appointment for a blood test etc. I really like the online information and the forms that you can use to book appointments etc. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at all three of the surgeries by writing this review. Thank you.
