        I sent a parcel on 17th April and on 21st April it showed as delayed. You cant speak to a person just a machine. The complaint has not been resolve and I will have to refund the buyer 155. They have lost or stolen it

        It would be no stars! no customer service to question things! contact numbers don't work no email, chat is one way my parcel is damaged and unable to be delivered to my customer from vinted but my guess is that the delivery driver saw the new balance box and thought they were trainers they were welly boots so my question is how would a well taped up box with welly boots in it get damage beyond repair I would like photos and evidence I look forward to a response
