Tried to make a complaint and just got passed around the switch board, eventually was given an email address to send my complaint to find my email was blocked! I think they are not interested in dealing with customer feedback!

We recently stayed at Oulton Hall hotel, Having stayed at a number of Q Hotels we have had good experiences but this was I have to say very poor. I understand we have a pandemic and service will be affected but the service at Oulton hall is by far the worst I have seen at any hotel, simple things like a drink from the bar taking 20 minutes and some times having to ask three times where our drinks where, The carpets in the hallways had duck tape at the joints, we stayed Saturday to Monday booked a spa weekend and an afternoon tea which after the time had lapsed to cancel we received an email saying you must book all meals in advance all spa visits must be booked in advance, we could not book anything online so decided to book when we arrived this was another problem we could only get to use the spa facilities Monday morning and afternoon tea Monday afternoon by Monday morning after getting my breakfast which was stacked on item on top of the other we had had enough complained and cancelled spa and afternoon tea and left will not ever return to this hotel and will look at other hotel groups from now on was a waist of money and time.
