I took my 3 Evri parcels in after work and after struggling carrying them all in i was told by the young girl behind the counter very rudely and in front of a shop full of customers I couldnt drop them off and would have to bring them back again the next morning which I couldnt due to work commitmentsI drove to another Evri drop off point and left them there easily I will be putting in a complaint with Evri also

Walked in this shop to buy a few things and all I could hear was a member of staff swearing while talking to the owner behind the counter, f&## tw## was a few choice words I heard. The owner served me while continuing to talk to the women who was swearing. I said thanks and he just turned away and continued talking, rude and very unprofessional. I'm sure his parents and grandparents that started the shop would be very proud. Disgusting.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful member of staff, I was made to feel like an inconvenience being in the store. It was a larger lady that served me, Ive had issues with the same member of staff previously. This lady should not be in a customer facing role. I wont be going back to this store again purely due to this member of staff.
