Terrible, garage have been waiting for well over 10 days to review proposed fixes. Garage cant touch car until this is done. Meanwhile I dont have a car.

Avoid!!! This is the worst company you can deal with. Bought car from a dealer with 3 months warranty and then after a month of use came engine light been checked by RAC mechanic and report to them for a claim. Week after week they give me same answer like a "bot in chat" that is still in process and they will keep me updated. Waste of time car stays in garage over a month waiting them and nothing, stay away and report them also small court claim is a right decision.

Avoid!!! Worst company ever! Bought a car from Big Motoring World and they keep telling you to buy extended warranty from them (being the worst company Ever) and they dont even bother to find you a garage. The car has gearbox problems at a very low mileage, and they say the cost of the repair it too much for them. They said as a gesture of good will they can contribute with a small amount of money, like what?? Why am i even paying for the warranty? The car is in the garage for 2 months now, and they still havent decided how much are they willing to pay, when they should pay the full price.

I must say I dont think Ive ever given a bad review before. If there was a star rating 0. I wouldve done that but had to put it up 1 they dont even deserve that. I do not trust the independent assessors they send out they will look for any loophole, and I say that loosely so-called independent. Issue I have is with a bearing on the rocker which, according to warranties 2000 the rocker assembly is covered. Mercedes say that the part has failed but guess what the assessor and (not so warranties 2000) says its wear and tear. As for the guy Liam (customer service manager) took all of 25 minutes after a detailed email from me didnt even address me by my name so it basically looks like hes copied and paste from every customer and on the next one in line. Even asking him to use my name, still didnt prompt him to be a human. He did say I could pay for an independent assessor which we know full well that will cost a fortune and they would probably still try and wriggle out of paying it all in all avoid this company absolute cowboys.

STAY AWAY! Very dodgy company. Happy to take your money but not willing to pay for the work that is needed in my car. Very long in process anything and paying out. I would stay away in the future. I would have been better off saving the money rather than paying them and then just paid for the work myself. It would have been cheaper than why I paid them. STAY AWAY!!!
