BMC CAR SALES (MORLEY) LTD

You sold Peugeot to my sister. She has had nothing but problems with it, and you know it. You took the car back to fix one problem only to bring it back with more issues, and they are not cheap to fix. You ripped my sister off for 3500, and telling her it was just a wiring problem. Then, you put her on block and ignored all of her calls. Disgusting, treating someone who is disabled and in need of a car to get her out.

The car's clutch cable snapped off. In one of the calls to solve the problems, the owner hung the phone up whilst my partner was still talking.

Complete lack of customer service, unprofessional and rude. They were unable to resolve simple issues with a car they have sold to me, despite the issues being raised within the warranty period. They also sell cars with fraudulent MOTs. Do not use this garage. They potentially also trade as Bruntcliffe Road Motors, or Morley Motors.

If I could rate 0, I would. The car broke down within just 4 days, putting our safety greatly at risk. To add to the already disappointing situation, they have been consistently rude and unprofessional. I recommend going to a safer garage, one that treats you with more respect.
