Very poor, Couplands used to be good around Leeds. Called in the Morley shop got a selection of both savioury and sweet items all were poor quality and will not be calling again. Also the attitude of the female staff member was very poor and bordering on rudeness with no customer care. From other reviews no point saying contact customer service. Just get your staff and house in order.

Popped in for a warm sarni first thing expecting fresh n warm, get freezing cold bacon n sausage n mushrooms were raw, suppose the fresh bit for shrooms was rate but bacon n sausage was yesterdays not even warmed up
