Food stone cold after a 2 hour delivery wait Will not be ordering from Aroma again Very poor service.

food arrived after 2 hours and had been sat in the drivers car for 40 minutes so stone cold. Rang restaurant (4th time) and was told they would send out new order but would be an hour and a half (no option for kids who were desperate for food). Asked about refund and said was between us and online ordering app and nothing to do with him. This was a complete lie as they use Feedme online whose T&Cs clearly state that any refund should be issued directly by the restaurant. used to use Aroma a lot but after a few issues with recent orders this will be the last time (Rodeos in Morley are far superior for kebabs if never used them)

Normally good service and food, but placed a big order today and we were very disappointed. Parts of order were missing, kebab meat and chicken was dry,took over an hour to arrive and some of the food smelt like it had been dropped in an ashtray, I'm not ordering from Aroma ever again!!
