Great staff (jo and bar man and people that set tables) and great food and thank you making are day special. A big thank you Jo from start to the end you made are day special and thank you to the bar man you did great job on the day. Dj didn't play music we ask for in email and put cheesy music on. So we wasn't happy with him. We asked for rock and we got kids rubbish. So double check with dj to bring right music. Other than that mess up we couldn't complain we had amazing day and perfect reception.

Didn't like this place at all but everyone to them self's I prefer Hanging Heaton working men club They have a big Room they let out Have snooker table n pool table

ENGAGEMENT FUNCTION I attended an engagement party three weeks ago on at your premises and to my dismay the former disabled access had been removed after your refurbishment. I previously visited the venue approximately 5 years ago and was able to access the premises without any problems. As a matter of fact, my family, friend and a concerned member of your staff had to physically lift my chair into the venue which was unacceptable. Also the disabled toilet was atrocious and in need of redecoration works. I certainly would not recommend this venue to family or friends until reasonable adjustments have been undertaken as my disability puts me at a disadvantage compared with others who are not disabled. Hopefully reasonable adjustments will be done in the not too distant future. I hope this review warrants your serious attention and consideration.
