Phone to go and see a car, confirmed it was still for sale and agreed to view the following day. 1 and half hours drive turned up to see the car, first impression looked not to bad, then looked at the roof and it was stinking, also the battery was flat. Then the salesman turned up he wasn't there at first. Then and only then he informed me that the car was a CAT write off, and had the work had been done done. He knew little about the car as he said he was selling it for his mate. So no info on what work had been done. Totally not happy as the car was not advertised as a CAT write off. If it was wouldn't of wasted time and money going to see it. Think Del Boy and Arthur Daley, would be more honest about their goods. P.S The car is still for sale, and still not advertised as a CAT write off. I wont return..Ther we go , had response, and h the chap saying I have the wrong place. Well Ishy my friend I know I have the right place, how else would I know your name. And the car was a BMW X5, apparently owned by the guy that does electrical work on your cars. Think you should change your name to Iffy.Not ISHY. Obviously made the right decision to steer clear.Thanks for you reply.
