Competitive pricing, but poor operationally with reliability, as we have had to call in now for almost 5-6 weeks in a row of bins being missed at least one of our sites, each week. We offered to change collection days to make it more efficient, in the hope we wouldn't have to keep reporting a missed pickup, but this was to no avail. Despite numerous complaints, this has not been resolved, and calls often not returned.
Maybe a poor review will spur some resolution to our issues, because politely complaining over the phone has yielded no progress. Service: Junk removal
