I booked a coach for an educational trip for my students and parents to cambridge on the 24th September 2022. Nicole at admin was very efficient, freindly & helpful. The company go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied and happy. I phoned several times to ask various questions & to ammend our booking and Nicole was always very warm and reassuring. The company is very prompt with phone calls & responding to emails .The coach was on an excellent standard and even had a WC. The coach had AC & mic which was useful for announcements & updates and a CD player which we used to play our songs and nice blue LED .spot lights which the kids loved. Very reasonable booking price too. We all enjoyed travelling with our friendly coach driver for the day ,matt. Matt was Very bubbly and considerate and prompt. Matt also communicated with us via telephone too. I would not look anywhere else. This is the place to book all your caoch trip adventures. You won't be dissapointed. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Superb service. We used JDT for a works trip to the races. From the enquiry through to the actual travel JDT provided a professional service with excellent communication throughout the process. The price was competitive & considerably cheaper than other quotes i received. The coach was everything we expected & our driver Chris was fantastic & very accommodating with our drop off points. I would definitely recommend JDT to anyone looking to book a coach.
