We would firstly like to wish you and your team, a very happy New year, and to thank you for all your hard work in fitting our new windows, wonderful job, nice friendly work men, very efficient. Had Dave Upton replace all windows in a 4 bedroom property as well as front door and french windows, 10 months after fitting a window developed a fault where it misted up, contacted Dave and he came round and measured up with the false promise it would be replaced next month. With the exception of the first Covid 19 lockdown where I did not bother him, I have phoned numerous times and I have backed this up with emails trying to get my window replaced using the guarantee which came with the six thousand pounds I spent. The guarantee is worthless and after one year of trying to get Dave to come round I have finally realised its pointless. Contacted a different firm and within 14 days they came round measured up, supplied and fitted my replacement window in the Covid lockdown. Extremely disappointed my guarantee is worthless and work done is not guaranteed or cared for. John Wild
