        Just want to send a big thank you to Natalie for the excellent care I received this week when attending the surgery because of a dental problem. She was kind, friendly, and understanding of my fears, and I didn't feel a thing. In fact, the receptionist through to the dental assistant, the care was faultless. The environment is light and comfortable, too. Thank you, Brook House team.

        The first time I came to this dentist was to fix someone else's bad work my dentist made me feel so at ease and I have been there eversince can't recommend the practice highly enough all the staff are very professional but make you feel comfortable and explain what they are doing which is great . I would never want to go anywhere else Thank you .

        An absolute shambles and a shame I can't leave a zero star review. This is the second time I've had an appointment cancelled on the day of my appointment with Brook House, but this time they didn't bother letting me know about it until I turned up. What a waste of time. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
