Excellent soaps! Came in lovely packaging with a free little slab to try and a cute handwritten note. As soon as I have ran out (I bought a lot!) I will be buying more :)

I don't usually write reviews but this exceptional 5 star small business definitely deserves one and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I came across "Pure French soaps" by chance after doing numerous research trying to find a sensitive laundry soap/detergent to wash my baby's clothes. The prices are not only competitive for such superior products but the service I always receive from Pam is second to none. It is always such a pleasure to deal with her. She goes above and beyond to help, particularly when I've contacted her with queries. She takes the time to write a personal note with every order and it is always such a joy to receive my parcel. You can tell that Pam is very passionate and takes pride in the service she provides her customers - a rare and special quality which I find lacking these days.

My household moved to soap a few years ago in an effort to reduce our plastic waste and have healthier skin. Our favourites are French soaps as they feel so nice, smell great and last for ages. We've bought from quite a few online retailers and have found the soap wrapped in plastic (why?) or with plastic inserts (again - why?) which is really disappointing and the opposite of what we want. Searching for nicely fragranced soap for our wall soap holder, I found Pure French Soaps who have a great selection and I placed an order. I also bought a large cube of Savon de Marseille as we use this for everything around the house. The order arrived quickly and packaged completely plastic free. Even the tape was paper! We hooked our soap up to the wall immediately and give it a go. It is so much silkier than the last lot we bought and smells so lovely. I am so impressed with the products and services provided by Pure French Soaps and they have now become my go-to for soap and eco kitchen and laundry products. Thank you too for the free gift, it made my day :-)
