01William Taxis

Unreliable driver and I will never use it again as he has not arrived and has not informed me that he is no longer available. I called William Taxis to take me to Moreton-in-Marsh train station a day in advance. The booking was also confirmed by a text message. I was waiting outside my house but it has not arrived so I called several times but no one answered. After I sent several text messages saying that I would miss my train, he eventually responded that he is stuck elsewhere and cancelled the booking. I missed my train. I still may have been able to call another taxi company, had he informed me that he is stuck elsewhere as I allowed myself extra time but by the time he responded, it was too late.

Monumentally let down by William on Gold Cup day had booked him weeks in advance, he texted me at the time he was due to pick up with an excuse and left us high and dry. Had we not met some kind folk who felt sorry for us and gave us a lift we would have missed our train to the races.
