I'm so glad that I took the plunge and booked some coaching sessions with Nikki! Having got myself into a business rut she has helped in both a practical and emotional way somehow seeing through all of the disorder and chaos that's been in my mind. She's incredibly supportive and enthusiastic and has been invaluable in helping me to take the steps to get back on track without feeling overwhelmed. Nikki is professional, empathetic and incredibly good at building confidence, I can't recommend her highly enough.

I approached Nikki Hill to gain her support in moving forward in my chosen career. I have a strong passion and directional plan but felt unable to move forward past my personal barriers. During the sessions myself and Nikki have had so far, I have gained an inner confidence and self-belief, that I have not experienced previously. Nikki has been empathetic, attentive, and understanding. I feel completely comfortable in sharing my personal challenges and emotional experiences, that are potentially causing the barriers. Nikki has provided valuable guidance and strategies to assist in my career development and personal confidence. Sharing personal experiences and professional knowledge, Nikki has enabled me to set clear plans, within a timeframe I never thought possible. Nikki allows time for discussion, allowing the conversation to flow and not feel rushed in anyway. Nikki then summaries the session, allowing time for reflection, ending with clear goals set, to review at the next session. Throughout each session, I have felt at ease, being able to express personal challenges, and self-doubt. I always feel so valued and come away from each session energised and feeling a new sense of inner confidence and capability. Following the sessions so far, Nikki has guided me to feel clear on my direction and capabilities, and I feel incredibly thankful in having the opportunity to have Nikkis support in moving forward with my career and would absolutely recommend anyone that feels they need support to move their passion and goals forward to reach out to Nikki, it has been invaluable and absolutely life changing.

I recently met Nikki in 2020 and I attended one of her masterclasses on 'How to turn your Imposter Syndrome into Self-Confidence'. I loved her teaching it was full of practical tools I could take away and implement immediately. I love developing myself and this was perfect for me to learn and make time for me and my learning. I love Nikki's energy, delivery, content and humour. The session helped me see where I need to make changes. THANK YOU highly recommend.

Im so glad I picked up the phone to work with Nikki. My business had come to a full stop due to Covid and I was feeling a little directionless. During my sessions with Nikki we looked at various ways to reignite my business. Nikkis natural enthusiasm reminded me what I love about my work. Nikki listens and is very clear with her coaching and Im looking forward to working with her further. Nikki makes the process fun but is equally as professional. If you are feeling stuck or want to get a clear structure of how to make your business successful then I couldnt recommend Nikki highly enough
