        The care my sister in law received has been abysmal. I usually manage to find something positive to say in most places I visit or services I encounter but unfortunately Aroma is the exception to the rule. She has had many people care for her over the last year and apart from one team, the lack of care, compassion and attention to detail has been getting poorer and is currently dreadful - I wouldn't wish them on anyone. Formal complaints have started and we are seeking an alternative provider. The CQC site advises Aroma is failing in many areas, I suggest it is in all areas judging by our experience, and the reviews speak for themselves.

        If I could give less I would. Forgot my mums tablets. Which ran out. Failed to collect them the following morning after I phoned them and left a written note. Am reporting them to the the ccq.avoid at all costs
