My deck looks great, their prices are as good or cheaper than anywhere else, they have great online advice. They do say allow 10% for wastage, in my case it was more than 10%. Nearly all my deck boards are 4.3m finished so I ordered qty. 70 at 4.57m, 4 were completely unusable and there were partially unusable boards in the remainder, in the end I had to use 2 boards that weren't great, and now a year on I re-ordered some more to replace them and couldn't take the chance of ordering 2 boards to find one or both duff so I ordered 4, sods law prevailed and all 4 were perfect. The spax screws are great, when I realised I needed one extra box I found them to be cheaper on Amazon.

I cant fault Southgate timber in any way. I recently bought some Siberian Larch that was dispatched quickly and the communication from the office was superb. It was delivered by their own lorry and the driver couldnt have been any more helpful and efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
