Spoke to Steve arranged an appointment for the next day. Rang 3 times to confirm the time never picks up the phone. Not a good way to do business . Very unreliable!

A bit disappointed with them hence this review. Been with them for around 5 years. The forklifts are OK, bit run down but does the job. Our original supplied forklift died after sometime as it had some issue with its circuit board and we were supplied a replacement forklift. It was replaced within a week. Not sure if that is good by industry standard but we were happy to get one soon. As it was a maintained contract we did not think much, but soon found out that it was supplied with an almost run down wheel. The forklift would get stuck on the floor as there was virtually no wheel. They replaced the wheel and then sent me an invoice for 800. Watch out for these charges. It is also not very easy to get hold of them. You have to keep calling for any service issue. The office will take a message saying someone will call you, but it generally does not happen. You have to keep trying multiple times. Overall we are not very happy with the service and this recent ploy to extort the wheel charges from us has put us off completely. I would suggest to find a better company.

What fantastic guys to deal with. They really know their stuff, not sure 'no' is in their vocabulary.
