I wish we had contacted WyeSleep earlier. Following months of sleep problems, we were given relevant advice and clear action points, as well as calm and positive reassurance. In addition to sessions based on careful listening and discussion, Joanna went out of her way to follow up with a range of background information which enabled us to deepen our understanding, and also provided links to other services for our particular needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WyeSleep.

When I contacted Jo at Wyesleep , I was desperate for some help with my sleep, which had been poor since I stopped taking HRT and had suddenly fallen completely off the cliff . I felt like I was rapidly unraveling Jo was fabulous from the outset. Extremely knowledgeable and very comprehensive in her assessment of my sleep difficulties. She signposted me to various very helpful resources , which have proved very helpful in addressing what underpinned my difficulties with sleep. Jo was so understanding throughout . I would definitely recommend Wyesleep to anyone struggling with their sleep.

I had been wrestling with acute insomnia for the best part of two years. I had tried everything that I could find from acupuncture to herbs, to massage, to CBT, to meditation, and finally the GP and sleeping pills. They worked, but I was full of the frightening sense that they were damaging my more long term capacity to sleep, and I always awoke unrefreshed and with a horrible taste in my mouth. My GP eventually also suggested Joanna of Wyesleep. By this time I was fairly hopeless about finding any real help, and locked into an increasingly anxious and desperate vicious cycle. Joanna met me with her calm, knowledgeable authority, and quiet conviction that any sleep issue can be resolved. She was painstakingly thorough finding out about all the particular history and details of my insomnia, as well as recommending various tests to narrow down to the root of the problem. She also sent me a very thorough report about her findings - all of this included in the modest charge for the first consultation. In our second meeting, she introduced me to a totally unexpected, even counter-intuitive, strategy in her characteristically sensitive and perceptive way. I felt she was responding to my particular needs and difficulties, and not offering formulaic help. A month on, I am now sleeping much better, with less anxiety and finally with a ray of hope that I can return to a more or less normal sleep life. Whatever, she has given me the tools to face inevitable sleeping challenges as and when they do cross my path. I am so grateful to have found Joanna, and to be beginning to get my life back. I cannot recommend her too highly.

I have had trouble with my sleep for years and more recently it was really affecting me day to day with energy, mood and focus all suffering. I have tried apps and hypotheses in the past with little or no effect. I searched for gurus and therapists and came across Wyesleep, straight from the first contact during sessions and aftercare has been amazing. Joanna broke things down in terms of the science behind sleep but also with me, my habits and possible issues contributing to my poor sleep. After the first session my mind set and thought process had changed and little tweaks after the second have drastically improved my sleep over a short period of time. The follow up and aftercare from Joanna has been brilliant, offering advice and guidance in other aspects of my health and well-being too.
