        Phone call appointments are just as important as face to face. Always over 30mins late one forgot to ring altogether and only rang after receptionist reminded him some over an hour wait! Improvements needed please.

        I cannot speak highly enough of the practice. Appointments are easy to arrange and always available, the staff are friendly and very competent. Doctor Deagan is very caring and assiduous in following up symptoms and treatment. We are very lucky to have such a good service.

        I rate the practice highly, due to its dedicated staff and patient-oriented ethos. Whenever I phone they know you personally, which encourages more relaxed communication. And when you arrive at the surgery, for an appointment, the staff are only too happy to ensure that you experience a stress-free visit.
