Moor Park Post Office

Appallingly bad service. Zero customer service skill and rude. Always seem to be on the phone whilst serving customers. It deserves 0 start review in my opinion.

Unbelievable.. I arrived at the post office just after 9:30am to post my parcel to find a note plastered on the interior window saying Im going to the doctors will be back later! I turned to one of the guys behind the confectionary counter in the shop, he said dont worry the lady is here to serve you.. ok I thought.. she hurriedly went behind the post office counter and said .. can we hurry, I need to go somewhere I said well I need time to write on the parcel my return details etc.. she said repeatedly I need to go can you hurry up and pay .. I was being pushed and not even given time to write return details on my parcel.. she was out of the shop before I was! I think the Post Office need reprimand this outfit.. Ive never in my life come across such unprofessionalism and carelessness. I shall definitely not be using this post office again! To hell with em.
